All orders are processed within 1–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

During busy periods (e.g., product launches, exhibitions, or holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

2. UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Large Parcel - £4.99
Small Parcel - £3.49

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Tracking information will be provided where available.

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary by destination (typically 5–14 business days after dispatch).

Please note:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

6. Incorrect Address Information
